- The goods must be exchanged at JACK & JONES Amman City Mall. The goods must be exchanged at one of JACK & JONES’ shops in Amman.
- You must exchange the goods without undue delay and no later than 7 days after receiving them.
- You bear all costs of returning the products.
- No exchange for used goods, underwear, swimwear, or accessories.
- All exchanged items must be in its original conditions with its label still attached.
